Between spirituality and entertainment, the "Ardia" is a spectacular breakneck horse race known all over Sardinia and beyond, held every year on 6-7 July in Sedilo, a little town in the middle of the Mediterranean Island, where more than 100 brave riders descend down the "Su Frontigheddu" hill along a very dangerous path to the sanctuary of San Costantino, just to commemorate the warrior emperor Constantine who saved sardinian people against the enemies.
